On-Demand Rides for Diverse Needs

The app provides various ride service classes to suit different requirements. Users can select Economy for everyday errands, or choose Comfort and Comfort+ for more legroom and a relaxed experience. For larger groups, traveling with items such as skis or bicycles, or trips to the airport, the Minivan class is available. Additionally, Carpool offers discounted rides when sharing with other users, while the City to City service provides convenient and more affordable rides between cities, which can be scheduled in advance to save even more. For families, the With Kids section allows requesting a ride with one or two child safety seats for different ages, with drivers in these classes having passed an additional exam on traveling with children.

Premium and Business Transport

For rides to business centers or meetings, Yandex Go offers the Ultima service, which includes Business, Premier, and Elite classes. These classes feature flagship cars and drivers who have achieved the highest ratings, undergone personal interviews, and been tested on specific service requirements. These drivers are prepared to open doors for passengers and are attentive to suggestions regarding the route, music, and car temperature. The Cruise class within Ultima provides business-class cars suitable for larger groups.

Courier and Cargo Delivery

The app facilitates the delivery of items through its courier service. Users can arrange for a courier to pick up and transport various objects, such as a printer after repairs, documents for a contractor, or even an old couch. For larger items, a cargo truck can be ordered, with couriers typically arriving for pickup within 15 minutes.

Scooter Rentals

Users in specific cities, including Moscow, Zelenograd, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Tula, Kaluga, and Adler, can rent bright yellow Yandex Go scooters. The app allows renting up to three scooters from the same account. To make rides more affordable, Minute Bundles can be purchased, and Yandex Plus subscribers can benefit from free unlocks for scooters.

Integrated Shopping with Yandex Market

The app integrates shopping capabilities through Yandex Market, offering access to millions of products across dozens of categories. Users can search for items or select a category to find what they need, add products to their cart, place an order, and track its status directly within the Yandex Go app. If items were previously added to a cart in the standalone Yandex Market app, the order will be visible in Yandex Go, allowing users to continue the checkout process. If an item is out of stock, the app will offer similar products at approximately the same price.

Carsharing and Personal Vehicle Services

Yandex Go also provides a carsharing service with a fleet of over 16,000 vehicles, encompassing more than 18 models. This allows users to drive anywhere within or outside the city, or to transport large items using the Drive option. Additionally, the My Car feature within the app helps users locate gas stations, car washes, and charging stations for their personal vehicles.
